On the 8th at midnight, Yeonjun of TXT surprised fans by releasing a video titled “YEONJUN’s Mixtape Intro Film” on HYBE Labels’ YouTube channel.
In the video, Yeonjun portrays a somewhat lonely figure against the backdrop of a noisy city, vividly capturing the hidden sides of contemporary youth. The tear-filled face and complex expressions, along with the phrase “starring Yeonjun,” heightened anticipation for the upcoming story. This intro film, which intertwines past and present, depicts Yeonjun’s journey from dark days spent in an underground hideout to emerging above ground.
Particularly, this video features a new character of Yeonjun that hasn’t been seen before, sparking fans’ curiosity. The rough and rebellious vibe of Yeonjun, combined with a realistic background, hints at a different side of him as a solo artist, distinct from his image as a member of TXT.
Meanwhile, TXT (SooBin, Yeonjun, BeomGyu, TaeHyun, Huening Kai) proved their strong drawing power by selling out all seats at the “TOMORROW X TOGETHER WORLD TOUR” held at Singapore Indoor Stadium on the 7th.
