XG’s Documentary Series “XTRA XTRA” Unveils Intense Training Camp And The Selection Of Their Final Debut Members

The third episode of XG‘s captivating documentary series, “XTRA XTRA,” has been released on May 24, taking viewers on an enthralling journey towards the girls’ debut. This particular episode shines a spotlight on the pivotal Korean training camp held in 2018. Within it, Juria shares her unwavering “Fighting spirit,” revealing her profound aspirations to become a shining star while diligently pursuing her dreams.

During an interview featured in the episode, XG’s producer, Simon, expresses his heartfelt sentiments toward Chisa, Juria, and Maya. When asked about their collaboration, he profoundly said:

In other news, last May 21 (Japan time), XG delivers an exhilarating debut performance at the “Head In The Clouds New York Music & Arts Festival,” a grand-scale event created by 88rising and hosted at Forest Hills Stadium in New York City. The highly acclaimed New Yorker festival, organized by 88rising, has been captivating audiences since its inception in 2018, with editions held in Los Angeles, Jakarta, and Manila. This year, XG had the privilege of gracing the stage alongside esteemed global stars including ITZY, Rich Brian, MILLI, NIKI, LØREN, and Atarashii Gakko!.

The members were welcomed with applause and gave an outstanding performance with thrilling choreographies and vocals in a medley of the hits ‘Tippy Toes’ and ‘Mascara’. In between the songs and the fans’ screams, the stars shared that it was an honor and a dream to perform in the USA. Astounding the massive audience of 15,000 attendees, the group surprises everyone by performing two unreleased songs, ‘Two Tens’ (Harvey & Maya) and ‘Nothin’ (Jurin & Cocona), leaving a lasting impression on the mesmerized New York crowd.

The performance also included a cover of the hit ‘Peaches’ (by Justin Bieber feat Daniel Caesar, Giveon), showing a cool image of Chisa‘s, Juria’s, and Hinata’s unique vocals. The grand finale of XG’s iconic performance at the “Head In The Clouds” was with ‘LEFT RIGHT’ and ‘SHOOTING STAR’.
