TXT‘s latest album “The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION” debuted at the no. 1 spot on the Billboard 200. This is the first time the group, composed of SooBin, YeonJun, BeomGyu, TaeHyun, and Huening Kai, ranked no. 1 on the chart since their debut in March 2019. This also said to be the group’s 7th entry into the Billboard 200.

The “Gen-Z It Boys” released the said album last January 27, and racks up the largest sales week for any album in US, since Taylor Swift‘s “Midnight” debuted at No. 1 last November 5, with 1.14 million of copies sold.
Last year, TXT was also listed on the 2022 Year-End Billboard 200, being the only K-Pop acts on the chart, aside from BTS. Another milestone made by the group is ranking 3rd in Luminate’s (formerly Nielsen) 2022 report for the TOP CD Album Sales in the US, following Taylor Swift and BTS.
On another news, TXT will be having their 2nd world tour “ACT : SWEET MIRAGE”, which is slated to have 21 shows in 13 cities. The tour will be kicking off in Seoul next month (March 26). Check out more details about the world tour here:
