On the late evening of February 27th, The Kpopmap team went to meet the talented and gorgeous girls of Triple iz, who had set aside time to answer some questions fans had asked on Kpopmap X with #Ask_Tripleiz. Afterwards, we were lucky enough to get a first-hand, behind-the-scenes look at their dance cover filming set. Here is everything you need to know about that magical day!
Kpopmap’s first meeting with Triple iz
We were both nervous and excited to meet the three members, Dita, E.Ji, and Aria (since all of us were already fans of theirs). Just like our team members, the members of Triple iz are from all over the world and strive to pursue their dreams in the dazzling capital of South Korea at a young age. This common point creates a bond somehow.
For those of you who are not familiar with Triple iz, here is what you need to know. They consist of SECRET NUMBER‘s Dita, X:IN‘s Aria, and ICHILLIN‘ member E.Ji. Dita is from Indonesia, Aria is from India, and E.Ji is from Korea. The pre-debut group is receiving a lot of love from overseas fans and will debut in April.
One reason why fans will fall harder for the girls is that they can directly communicate with them using their Metaverse lounge app “ifland”, where they will also release exclusive content. To give more explanation, “ifland” is a social metaverse platform where your virtual life unfolds and each member has their own “ifhome” as well as the group which are customized by them directly. Fans and members can create a special bond thanks to this platform. Join the fun with them by downloading the free app here.
The video shoot location was at the LIGHTROOM Seoul, an immersive exhibition space newly opened in 2023. It was on another level! It is the perfect place for a successful debut as it is a fancy, trendy, modern, and high-end location. More information on this a bit later.
When we reached the 1st floor, the staff were busy running left and right around the three stars taking pictures in a lounge bar set. The first thing we noticed was how stunning they looked in real life!
The three girls were gorgeous in their earth-toned matching outfits, looking like Lara Croft if she were a K-Pop idol. They were sporting knee-high boots and mini-shirts. Their makeup was flawless and their hair was radiant. The accessories were also on point too—Aria’s arm bracelet in particular caught my eye.
Members answering fans’ questions
When we got closer to saying hello, the members of Triple iz were all polite and welcoming, even saying hello in Korean, English, and French to greet our international team! After the introduction, we explained that fans have been very passionate about content surrounding them and are eager to ask them questions. They were already aware of it and told us that they were happy to see fans so active and that they loved to see their tweets. We could tell they cared about fans a lot.
A few minutes later, they started livestreaming on Instagram and YouTube to communicate with fans for around 20 minutes.
Here are the questions that have been pre-selected by Kpopmap staff and given to the members. (Note: questions have been slightly modified from their original).
- From @senum_team: Please tell us the TMI you want to share for today! Whether it’s about your activities today or TMI about Triple iz.
- From @Luckqqqqy: Since the members have been active in different groups and came together like this suddenly, what efforts and preparations are you making to foster harmony and team unity among yourselves?
- From @Bluezia_: Have you all become much closer now? What aspects have brought the members closer together?
- From @pipinyaJinny: Many foreigners are becoming part of K-Pop idol groups, and English is often used in many songs. How do the members feel about the continuing emergence of these multinational K-Pop groups?
- From @jyurina_dxj: Recently, many travel programs have emerged in Korea, offering opportunities for participants to become closer through the broadcasts. If the three of you had the chance to travel together, where would you like to go, and what activities would you like to do together during the trip?
- From @watcher_daily: In the first episode of your reality show, the explanation and message behind the group name Triple iz were quite impressive. If the members were to create names themselves aside from this group name, what ideas might they have had?
- From @Ditamin_Team: What is the most memorable moment for you during the Triple iz project?
- From @IRIN_Ditamin: What difficulties did you encounter while carrying out this project? Do each of you have any ideas to effectively promote and ensure the success of this project among the fans?
- From @chomira1: What is the most enjoyable aspect of being a member of Triple iz?
- From @number_dita / @Bluezia_: What are your goals for Triple iz, and what are the members’ individual wishes?

Happy to sign autographs for fans
After the end of their Instagram live, the members wanted to sign autographs for fans. They looked carefully at the questions again and chose three fans who asked their favorite questions. Excited, they all signed sincerely, making sure that their autographs looked unique and pretty to the fans. The three fans will receive their autographs from us in the mail; congratulations to @Bluezia_, @jyurina_dxj, and @IRIN_Ditamin!
We captured the moment on camera. Make sure to check the video down below!
We were quite impressed by their teamwork as it had not been long since they started working together but they were already like a perfect team, helping each other and joking around. They were smiling and comfortable together as well. It was heartwarming to see. A team with good teamwork and attitude always goes far!
Hardworking for their dance cover
We went down to the main exhibition hall of the LIGHTROOM, where the staff were on set and ready to film their dance cover. When we entered we were amazed by the size of the room, which boasted a lofty ceiling and expansive walls, washed over from top to bottom with a calming pink shade projected from above.
A lot of cameras were set up along with a drone as well. Members were getting used to the set before starting to film.
When the filming started, two things caught our attention: their hard work and talents!
Though they had to repeat the choreography over and over, they were dancing with passion and made sure to follow their director and dance director’s instructions. They did not sit or rest once; fully focused on their work, they monitored and re-took the video again and again. What was even more impressive is that it was already 10 PM and they did not lose an ounce of their energy or brightness! They filmed until 1 AM but managed to work diligently all throughout the night.
In addition to just pink screens, the staff projected a few more pieces of art throughout the video! Here are some spoilers:
We can’t help but be curious about the final product! What we will remember from our visit on the set of the dance cover of Triple iz at the LIGHTROOM on Feb. 27th are their beautiful smiles, their endless energy, and the passion they displayed in their dancing.
