Girl group TRI.BE has made their first comeback of the year with the release of their 2nd EP “W.A.Y”. The music video of the title track of the EP, ‘WE ARE YOUNG’ was released yesterday (February 14) at 6 PM KST.

“WE ARE YOUNG” is a track with a refreshing concept shows the group’s limitless youth. It is a contrast to the charismatic and powerful performance the girl group is known for. TRI.BE encourages their listeners but delivering the message that everyone makes mistakes when they are young, and that fear and excitement is normal when trying new things. The track goes further to say that one must not be afraid of failure, but be confident in facing new challenges, not minding pressure. ‘WE ARE YOUNG’ features 2000 techno pop sound, which is accompanied by the choreograhy of none other than the Lia Kim of 1MILLION Dance Studio.

TRI.BE also has recently had their official logo changed and their 2nd EP features the group’s young and bright energy. Their brand new style of music, looks and branding is aimed to synchronize the artist TRI.BE with the members’ natural self.

The EP “W.A.Y” is made up 5 tracks: ‘STAY TOGETHER’, ‘WE ARE YOUNG’, ‘WITCH’, ‘WONDERLAND’, and ‘WOULD YOU RUN (Original Version)’. ‘STAY TOGETHER’ is the intro of the album that expresses TRI.BE’s excitement at their new challenge – the change they are intending to pursue from now on. ‘WITCH’ is a track that features string and choir sounds in an indie pop genre style. ‘WONDERLAND’ is a track with a light and bouncy melody that will make any listener dance to its nu-disco groove and dreamy pad sound. Lastly, the track ‘WOULD YOU RUN (Original Version)’ was supposedly the girl group’s debut track in 2021. The original version serves as a gift to TRUE who knows TRI.BE the best.
