Seoul’s first snowfall of the season arrived on November 26, nine days later than last year and six days behind the average. However, this year’s snow was exceptional, with 18 centimeters marking the heaviest November snowfall in the city since 1907.
While the snowfall caused disruptions and damage across the country, it also transformed the capital into a picturesque winter scene.
