Popular Korean talent Ryu SooYoung is set to have a special occasion promoting K-Food at Stanford University in the United States. Viewers will be able to see Ryu SooYoung’s activities in San Francisco on this week’s “Stars’ Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant,” airing Friday at 8:30 PM on KBS 2TV.
Ryu SooYoung revealed, “I was invited to a conference held by Stanford University through a good connection,” and added, “I couldn’t believe it when I first heard it. I thought, ‘Why? Me?'” This reaction highlights his humble personality.
For the past four years, Ryu SooYoung has showcased various recipes on “Stars’ Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant,” earning the love of viewers. Among Korean international students at Stanford, he is highly praised, being called “the bible of international students.” He prepared thoroughly for this lecture over three months, revising his English greetings multiple times. During the lecture, he mentioned, “I have shared a lot of cooking tips with husbands who are not familiar with cooking on Fun-Staurant,” and emphasized, “Husbands should also cook,” which received great applause.
