Rookie Boy Group XODIAC Presents A Captivating Three-Part Video Narrative For Upcoming Mini-Album

The new K-Pop group XODIAC, after their immensely successful debut with ‘Throw A Dice’, unveils a 3-part video featuring their singles ‘Always’, ‘Midnight Sky’, and ‘Special Love’ from their upcoming mini album, “Throw A Dice,” which is scheduled for release in June.

Last May 9th, the first episode titled “My Strange Roommate” along with the single ‘Always’ was revealed, and yesterday, May 16, Episode 2, titled “The Secret of Roommate,” with the single ‘Midnight Sky’ was also released. Episode 3 will be released at a later date. As part of their debut showcase tour, the boy group will be performing in Amsterdam on May 30 at the Melkweg venue and in London on June 1 at the Clapham Grand venue. Ticketing information can be found here.

Recently debuting with nine official members, XODIAC has taken the world by storm with their music video for ‘Throw a Dice’, surpassing over 1 million views in just one week. Prior to their highly anticipated premiere, the sextet had already made a name for themselves in the industry. Their pre-debut, all-English track ‘Calling’ became an instant hit with over 1.6 million views on the music video to date, giving fans a taste of their upcoming musical prowess.

The first part of the series, Episode 1: “My Strange Roommate,” starts with a slightly foreboding encounter between Lex and HyunSik, but quickly transitions into a carefree and relaxed atmosphere. Accompanied by the single ‘Always’, the members are shown entering college and enjoying idyllic days filled with dorm life, blossoming friendships, and late-night snack trips. Despite the fun and charming energy of the first single, there is an underlying sense that something is not quite right, setting the stage for the next two episodes.

Continuing from where Episode 1 left off, Episode 2: “The Secret of Roommate” introduced a softer and nostalgic mood, departing from the optimistic and innocent springtime vibe. The visual atmosphere showcases camping trips, sleepovers, and bonfires, perfectly complementing the stripped-down piano and string melodies of “Midnight Sky,” which adds a layer of maturity to XODIAC’s sound. The plot thickens in this episode as we gain further insight into HyunSik’s background and the reasons behind his restlessness, creating a bittersweet feeling that permeates “The Secret of Roommate.”

The final episode, Episode 3: “Missing Roommate,” will be released at a later date, serving as the conclusion to the trilogy series and their upcoming mini album.
