's ShowNu is one of the most athletic K-Pop idols and he knows how to maintain a healthy body.
On May 7, ShowNu held a V-Live broadcast. He greeted fans and answered their questions. At around 28:00, a fan said that she/he will start dieting from tomorrow. ShowNu who also had diet at several times explained that it is hard for him to decrease the amount of food he is eating, he gains weight easily and can't decrease the amount for diet. He prefers to do sport for diet.
He gave diet tips.

2- Dance to MONSTA X, boy groups, or girl groups' songs. At the difference of sport, dancing is more entertaining and a lot of people enjoy it as a hobby.
A bit later (30:40), he explained that he is not recommending dieting. He advised living and eating healthy.
1- Don't overeat like he was doing (1 pizza and 2 pork cutlets). It is not good for health.
2- Eat a lot of vegetables. It has a lot of fibers. It is good for health.
3- Prefer natural food over processed food. For example, if you eat protein, instead of drinking a protein shake, eat it from real food like meat.
