She was born in 1994 and debuted in 2015 in the MBC drama "Angry Mom" as a supporting role. She then gained more fans with her lead role in the popular Playlist Studio campus romance web drama "Love Playlist". She had the lead roles for the four seasons (from 2017 to 2019).
That is not all, she acted as a guest role in other Playlist Studio web dramas including "Re-Feel" (2019), "The Best Ending" (2019), and "4 Reasons Why I Hate Christmas" (2019). She also acted as the lead role in the short drama "I Love You, Loser!" in 2019 and in the web drama "Fight Hard, Love Harder" season 2 in 2020.
Jung ShinHye also acted in the movie starring Yoo SeungHo "Seondal: The Man Who Sells the River" (2016).
She is part of Partners Park agency with Han YeSeul, Park JiYeon (T-ara's JiYeon), and more. She also graduated from Korea National University of Arts in the Acting Departement.
