On Dec. 24, Gaon Music has released the chart for the total albums sales of K-Pop groups in 2019.
They had announced the top 10 groups with the highest number of albums sold from week 1 to 50 of 2019.

BTS dominated the highest spot with a total of 6,025,853 copies of albums sold. SEVENTEEN took over the second place with 1,463,322 copies of album sold and followed by TWICE which is apparently the only girl group on the list with 1,169,576 copies of their album sold.
