As part of their live tour, “P1USTAGE H : P1ONEER,” the South Korean boy group P1Harmony, consisting of members KeeHo, Theo, JiUng, InTak, Soul, and JongSeob, put on a memorable show for their Singaporean fans on September 17th at The Theatre at Mediacorp.
The concert kicked off with ‘Look At Me Now’, ‘Back Down’, and ‘Scared’, setting the stage for an unforgettable night. KeeHo, one of the members fluent in English, warmly welcomed the fans and expressed his gratitude for their energy and presence.
This tour marked the first time P1Harmony performed in Singapore. Adding a local touch, the group used Singlish phrases like “Thank you lah” in their greetings, which the local fans appreciated. Experiencing Singapore for the first time, JiUng shared that they had tried the famous chilli crab and explored the city, expressing their admiration for its beauty.
P1Harmony’s performance included songs like ‘Me Too’ and ‘That’s It’, with JiUng explaining the meaning behind ‘Me Too’ as a song that expresses one’s feelings even when it’s hard. KeeHo shared his excitement about Singapore, having heard nothing but good things about Singapore.
The group showcased their individual talents with unit performances. Theo performed ’21’ by DEAN, Soul delivered a heartfelt rendition of ‘Hug Me’ by Jung JoonIl, JiUng, KeeHo, and Soul united for “Love Never Felt So Good” by Michael Jackson, and InTak and JongSeob captivated the audience with ‘Bow Wow’.
P1Harmony actively engaged the audience, encouraging them to stand up and join in for songs like ‘Secret Sauce’ and ‘Follow Me’, which received enthusiastic responses from fans.
Born in September and wanting to celebrate birthdays with the September babies in the audience, KeeHo had his members sing a birthday song with a rap in between, playfully jokingly about checking the fans’ ID to verify their birth dates.
The energy remained high with songs like ‘Gotta Get Back’ and ‘Love Me for Me’, where fans were encouraged to imitate the group’s dance moves. The concert also featured crowd favorites like ‘Doom Du Doom’ and ‘JUMP’, getting everyone on their feet.
As the concert neared its end, the audience was left wanting more. P1Harmony reassured their Singaporean fans of their return, with hopes of reuniting in an even larger venue next time.
Kpopmap received a review ticket from Live Nation Singapore for P1Harmony’s concert. It did not influence the coverage of this event.
