JYP Entertainment has officially announced that DAY6 will hold their “2024 DAY6 Special Concert ‘The Present'” at the prestigious Go-Cheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul this December. This marks a significant milestone for the band, celebrating their 10th anniversary by becoming the first K-pop band to perform at South Korea’s largest indoor venue. This achievement underscores DAY6’s soaring popularity and solidifies their status in the music industry.
Following a three-year hiatus, DAY6 returned as a complete group with their project “Welcome to the Show,” launching their concert series “DAY6 CONCERT .” As part of their world tour, “DAY6 3RD WORLD TOUR ,” they will round off 2024 with “The Present,” promising high-quality performances and fulfilling fans’ expectations. Their remarkable growth is highlighted by sold-out shows at both Seoul’s Jamsil Indoor Stadium, attended by 34,000 fans in April, and Incheon’s Inspire Arena, which saw 40,000 seats filled in September.
The upcoming concert introduces a new version of their annual year-end special solo concert. Members DAY6 SungJin, DAY6 Young K, Wonpil, and DAY6 DoWoon previously expressed their deep appreciation to fans with the “DAY6 Christmas Special Concert ‘The Present: You are My Day'” following their return from military service. With the “2024 DAY6 Special Concert ‘The Present’,” DAY6 aims to reunite with audiences and make a radiant conclusion to the year.
Tickets for the concert will be available for pre-sale to My Day 4th generation fan club members on November 19th from 8 PM to 11:59 PM. General sales will open at 8 PM on November 20th. Further details, including ticketing information, will be released on DAY6’s official SNS channels.
