ATEEZ is ready to captivate global K-pop fans once again with their newly released 11th mini album, ‘GOLDEN HOUR: Part 2’. At the release commemorative event held on November 14th at Lotte Hotel World in Songpa-gu, Seoul, ATEEZ expressed their anticipation, stating, “We are back after six months. The experiences gained through festivals and tours are reflected in this album.”
This album is the second story of ‘GOLDEN HOUR’, which captures the ways ATEEZ loves, and portrays the process of self-discovery. ATEEZ explained, “While the previous work depicted goal-oriented moments, this one contains radiant moments filled with love,” highlighting that various forms of love are the theme of this album.
The title track ‘Ice On My Teeth’ is a song that emphasizes the importance of true value, introducing it as “a track that expresses the shining inner value that is not apparent on the surface” and remarking, “The witty lyrics are impressive.” This song underscores the importance of values that shine like diamonds.
The previous album ‘GOLDEN HOUR: Part 1’ gained attention by entering the Billboard 200 chart for seven consecutive weeks, and ATEEZ proved their global popularity by gathering over 200,000 fans through the 2024 world tour ‘TOWARDS THE LIGHT: WILL TO POWER’. However, ATEEZ emphasized their relentless spirit of challenge, stating, “Our charm lies in doing our best without being obsessed with results.”
Especially with the 7th anniversary of their debut approaching next year, ATEEZ revealed their aspirations, stating, “We are discussing various aspects of the contract renewal with the members and the company,” while expressing a desire to “continue showing new sides.”
