It's always a special treat to see two K-Pop idols from different companies interact outside of official schedules. There's a coziness and warmth to their meeting that brings out an unexplainable joy. It's also just fun to see which idols are friends and hang out from time to time.
A few days ago, aespa's Giselle released a vlog onto aespa's YouTube channel. Through her vlog, we see the idol on the way to the gym in order to get in a late night workout. There, she coincidentally runs into soloist Jeon SoMi. Many fans will know of their close relationship and that the two idols are practically besties.
Supervised by a gym instructor, Giselle and SoMi end up breaking a sweat while doing an exercise together.

The girls are already known for their slender figure, but as seen through the vlog, they definitely put in the work to maintain it. Once their workout is finished, they're given a meal plan of food they should eat in order to remain in tip-top idol form.

For SoMi, her meal plan looks to aid in her ab maintenance. Her list includes blueberries and non-fat yogurt for breakfast, salmon open sandwich for lunch, and spring rolls for dinner. Giselle's meal plan targets her entire body. It includes a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar for breakfast, along with five almonds and five cherry tomatoes. Then for lunch she'll have soft tofu caprese salad, and a natto kimbap for dinner.
