The artists raised concerns about a phrase in a management report, believed to imply discrimination against them. ADOR clarified that the report was created by HYBE, not ADOR, and was misinterpreted. HYBE confirmed the report did not intend any specific action against the artists.

B. Allegations Regarding Neglect by Another Label’s Manager

Artists accused a manager from another label of inappropriate conduct towards them, which ADOR purportedly ignored. ADOR responded by detailing their efforts to verify the facts and take action within legal and practical boundaries, though some requests by the artists were beyond ADOR’s control.
