BTS’ JungKook may not have been the one to start the airport fashion craze, but he has definitely earned a place amongst the celebrities with the most memorable and stylish airport looks. As we are all patiently waiting for JungKook to come home from the army, let’s use this time to look back on the time we have spent with him and wait for the day he will return to ARMY!

So in no particular order, here are some of JungKook’s most iconic airport fashion moments for all of the ARMYs that can’t wait for him to come back!

 

1. Winter JungKook

If you are a longtime fan of JungKook and BTS, you may feel that this look from November 29th 2023 is very reminiscent of JungKook’s airport fashion back in the day, remember when he used to wear beanies all the time? This style really suits him and makes his big round eyes stand out even more!

However, as much as we miss baby JungKook, the JungKook we have right now is just as amazing!

In this look he is also sporting a Calvin Klein puffer jacket, since becoming a global ambassador for CK, JungKook has been showing us a new side of him that is more mature and masculine than ever before and it looks like this energy that he is carrying with him these days does not get left behind when he has to visit the airport!

 

2. Young And Rich JungKook

On September 18th 2021, JungKook surprised us with something different from his usual monochromatic outfits. Here he is wearing a colorful matching set from Louis Vuitton.

This look just proves that JungKook is not afraid of straying away from his more often seen all-black outfits and incorporating more color into his outfits, as he carefully chooses subtle blue and green hues to compliment his look. This look also shows off JungKook’s good eye for fashion as well as his confidence in his own edgy yet comfortable style, even when he is wearing an item from a luxury brand he manages to make it his own.

 

3. Hanbok JungKook

As well as being able to make luxury brands not too flashy, he can make more affordable outfits look designer with fans saying that he made an outfit that costs less than $100 look like it came straight from the runway!

On July 4th 2019, JungKook wore a modernized hanbok. During a time where BTS is a name known all over the world, JungKook still remembers his roots and shows appreciation for his home and culture in a really classy, sincere and understated way. He must have given all the fans that watched him at the airport that day plenty of goosebumps!

 

4. Hiding Bunny JungKook

The day April 13th 2018 wasn’t all about JungKook’s outfit for once, but rather his adorable round glasses.

JungKook’s all-black outfits usually give off a grungy or alternative vibe, but this outfit was ripped of its dark appearance and replaced with a cute one. The small touch of JungKook’s circular glasses really emphasizes his bunny-like features that fans have always adored. The JungKook that usually carries a strong and charming presence at the airport, now shows us a more relaxed and soft side of himself.

 

5. Boyfriend JungKook

On this fine spring day, exactly April 10th 2019, JungKook gifted us with probably his most ‘boyfriend’-esque look to date. Pairing comfy cargo bottoms and sneakers with a checkered flannel and warm, fluffy jacket, this ‘boy next door’ look had fans crumbling.

Not to mention his fluffy hair that makes him look like the love interest in a K-Drama, this look will forever stay in the JungKook outfit archives. Just look at how this outfit manages to bring out all of his charms at once.

 

6. ‘Model Off Duty’ JungKook

May 19th 2017 brings us back the JungKook we know and love! This iconic look features a sleek, leather jacket, a black cap and slim-fitting black t-shirt and jeans. Here JungKook shows us his own take on the ‘off-duty’ look.

 

7. Comfy JungKook

Last but not least, we have JungKook in this matching gray set, detailed with a graffiti like pattern and paired with his iconic (and humongous) black backpack. July 12th 2023 marks the date JungKook shows off once again his ability to wear a comfortable looking outfit and make it look like high fashion!

Fans that came to see him that day were very lucky as he even gave ARMY his special JungKook hand heart.
