HyunJae, a member of the group THE BOYZ, will appear as a panelist on MBC Every1’s new variety show ‘Enemy X’. IST Entertainment announced, “THE BOYZ HyunJae is set to shine as a member of the Ally Judging Panel on the first broadcast of ‘Enemy X’ today.”
‘Enemy X’ is a program centered around a psychological game where participants must distinguish between allies and enemies among 12 ordinary people to solve quizzes. Notably, the first episode features Hong JinHo, representing Korea’s top brains, as a star challenger, raising expectations.
HyunJae is tasked with discerning deceptive players as a part of the ally judging panel assisting the star challenger. Although he mentioned, “I’m too pure to lie and tend to trust people,” he showcased his human lie detector skills by astutely identifying the lies of enemies.
Known as the ‘Face Genius’ within THE BOYZ, attention is focused on whether HyunJae will emerge as a ‘Detective Genius’ through this program.
Meanwhile, THE BOYZ achieved the remarkable feat of becoming a half-million seller in initial sales with their ninth mini-album ‘Dohwasun’, released on October 28. They topped the Hanteo Weekly Chart and the World Chart Global 1. The title track ‘Trigger’ continues to gain immense popularity, entering the Bugs and Melon Top 100 charts immediately upon release.
