When you hear people saying that South Korea is living in the future, it isn’t too far away from the truth. In this article, we’re talking about the unique vlog series called “CITYBOY_LOG”, starring TAN member JaeJun, Lee JiHan, Ahn HyoSang, and Seo ByeokJun, and how it has BL fans in a chokehold.

For those who might not know, “CITYBOY_LOG” is a unique scripted/semi-scripted BL web drama formatted like a vlog series. The actors play themselves or, more appropriately, characters with the same names as themselves, with each vlog acting as an episode.

It is rumored that the “CITYBOY_LOG” is promotional material for an upcoming BL drama, supposedly to be produced by the team behind “Semantic Error”, but this has not been confirmed at the time of writing.
This series is gaining much traction, especially among international fans, for the commendably natural acting of the starring artists, the effortless vibe that perfectly mirrors a casual vlog, and the brilliantly blurred lines between reality and fiction.
Episode 6, titled “Let’s take it easy honey… It’s my first time…”, follows JaeJun (TAN) and Lee JiHan in Okinawa. It unexpectedly ends with a dreamy kiss, which many viewers are touting as better than most BLs out there.
