“ChoCo In Hollywood” Episode 4 Reveals ChoCo1’s Growth As Artists + Exciting Avatars

The adventure continues in episode 4 of “ChoCo In Hollywood” as ChoCo1 reveal more about their avatars and what they represent; enjoy a fun freestyle dance session in L.A. and more.

On June 2, 2023, at 7 PM KST, the 4th episode of ChoCo‘s reality show “ChoCo In Hollywood” was released on Mnet’s YouTube channel “M2”. The episode picked up from where the previous one left off, delving into deeper detail about how ChoCo1 created their special avatars based on their own personalities, dreams, aspirations, and imagination.

For those who might not know, ChoCo1 is the male trainee team of ChoCo, under ChoCo Entertainment. It consists of trainees Jake (Leader), TJ, and Sean.

In episode 4, we see the creative process that went into creating the ChoCo1 avatars, from the time when they were merely ideas in the trainee’s minds to the finished version. While introducing their own avatars, the trainees playfully bickered, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. In particular, when the subject of Sean’s “girlfriend” came up, the other trainees missed no chance to tease him with “evidence”.

ChoPD, the Head Producer of ChoCo and Founder of ChoCo Entertainment shared that he paid much attention to creating the avatars, which were conceptualized by the trainees and developed by many experts, as alter-egos of the trainees. It is said that the avatars will continue to grow with ChoCo in the future.

The ChoCo trainees, who are growing into complete all-rounders, skilled in playing instruments and DJ-ing, besides rap, singing, and dancing, are also gaining significant know-how about enjoying the stage through their experience of shooting music videos where they perform live. These live performance videos earned them high praise from renowned producers they met in L.A. TJ also received recognition for his efforts in improving his pronunciation to excel in rapping, bringing him a sense of pride.

That’s not all! ChoCo1 also met Myles Yachts in this episode – a rising rapper/dancer in the American hip-hop scene. Together, they enjoyed freestyle dancing on the L.A. streets, leaving the trainees with precious memories of youth. Myles was especially impressed by TJ, who reminded him of his own childhood, and said, “He reminds me of me when I was growing up“. Meanwhile, Sean appeared flustered when he became nervous about stepping forward.

The next episode, episode 5 of the Korean version of “ChoCo In Hollywood”, produced by Sole9 Media (known for works like “Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA)”), will be released on June 9, 2023, at 7 PM KST, only on the “M2” YouTube channel.
