Korea Arts High School is a private educational institution that has had many prominent K-Pop idols as alumni.
According to the South Korean media, the school will be closing down within this year. The school wasn’t able to register itself as an institution that the government recognized.
Many high schools are in fact, closing down due to the same reason.
The school also has an extremely long list of K-Pop idols that they’ve had in their curriculum. Alumni include SunYe (Wonder Girls), Jo Kwon, ChanSung (2PM), Raina, SoYou, HyunA, TaeHyun (JBJ), L.Joe (TEEN TOP), BoMi (Apink), SeungHee (Oh My Girl), Ren (NU’EST), JiMin (BTS), V (BTS), YoungJae (GOT7), YooHa (PRISTIN), Park WooJin (Wanna One).
The school will officially close down in February of 2019.
