Kakao is coming up with a new streaming platform. It will be one more online streaming service in Korea but it caught attention before the launch.
The dramas that were announced to air on the platform are interesting many already with the impressive actors' lineup with popular idols and Hallyu actors. Interestingly more than half of these dramas are based on webtoons (check the dramas based on webtoon of 2020). Some dramas have yet to confirm their cast and give more information on the plot.

1 - "A Love So Beautiful"
Cast: WEi's Kim YoHan, So JooYeon, Yeo HoeHyun
Summary: It is the first love romance story of the cheerful high school girl Sin SolYi and her childhood friend Cha Heon who is living next door and for who she has a one-sided love for.
It is the Korean remake of the Chinese school romance drama.

2- "Love Revolution"

Summary: "Love Revolution" tells the love story of the couple Gong JuYoung and Wang JaRim while depicting realistically the teen's lives with their love, friendship, study, and dream.

3- "City Couple's Way of Love"

Summary: It is a love story filled with urban sensibilities.
4- "Amanza"
Cast: Ji Soo
Summary: It tells the daily life of a 26-year-old man who discovered he has terminal cancer.
It is based on webtoon.
5- "Born in 1985"

Summary: It tells the story of JiWon who met her first love SeungYu in a meeting with a publisher.
It is based on webtoon.
6- "Daughter-in-Law"
Park HaSun Official
Cast: Park HaSun [in talks]
Summary: It tells the story of several female friends from university who are ordinary employees and daughters-in-law.
It is based on a webtoon that was released on Instagram and Facebook.
