NCT WISH’s reliable leader, Sion, constantly mesmerizes fans with both his talent and welcoming personality. He has a noticeable star quality around him, honed over the course of his years as a trainee. But there’s more to Sion than his status as a leader and cool artistic qualities.

1. Just the sight of rollercoasters makes Sion stressed. While he might appear cool, calm, and collected on stage, Sion starts to shiver in fear when in the face of a rollercoaster. While hanging out with the members at Universal Studios Japan they decided to ride a rollercoaster. However, upon seeing it and learning about all its twists and turns, Sion quickly excused himself from the line. It’s completely endearing to see this contrast from his usually passionate stage persona.
2. Sion is a major coffee enthusiast. There’s people who just like coffee – then there’s people who love coffee like Sion. He’s a major coffee enthusiast due to the fact that the caffeine can make him energized for whatever lies ahead. To the idol, coffee can be akin to a prized possession, speaking to how much he loves the drink.
3. Sion thought about becoming an actor. Although Sion is perfect as an idol member, life as an artist wasn’t his first career choice. When he was in middle school, the NCT WISH leader thought about pursuing a path in acting. He actually put in the effort to juggle both his studies and learning how to act. But it seems the universe had different plans, as he became an idol instead. But perhaps, once NCT WISH has established a flourishing music career, we might see Sion the actor sometime in the future.

4. Sion’s form of relaxation is listening to music. Everyone needs something to put them in a state of comfort and peace. In the case of Sion, he chooses to listen to music. You can just imagine, Sion sipping on a cup of coffee after a hard day’s work and listening to genres like R&B, hip-hop, and SMP. Sion is certainly like the rest of us who sees music as a much needed energy boost.
5. Sion puts high importance in choosing clear and achievable goals for making his dreams come true. Dreams are hard to come by and even harder to accomplish. But that definitely wasn’t the case for Sion. Through his motto, he was able to remain steadfast and consistent while reaching towards his dreams of being an idol. And his words can definitely serve as an inspiration for ourselves and many others in our pursuit of our lofty, yet attainable dreams.
